High-quality double-sided adhesive tape designed for bonding profiles for LED strips. Please note that the strength of the bond depends on the preparation and type of the substrate. These tapes consist solely of acrylic adhesive and, unlike traditional foam mounting tapes, do not have a backing, which is often the point where the bond fails. Acrylic double-sided tapes are suitable for bonding metals (stainless steel, aluminum, iron, etc.), glass, plastics, composites, painted surfaces, varnished wood, ceramics, and similar materials. Acrylic tapes can be used both indoors and outdoors. They have excellent temperature resistance from -40 to +160, and are resistant to UV radiation, aging, water, and most chemicals. Acrylic double-sided tapes achieve handling strength immediately after application and, within 48 hours, thanks to their gel-like structure, they seep into even the smoothest surfaces to fill microscopic irregularities, thereby creating a very strong and durable bond.
